Heated Sampling Tube

The heated sampling tube, also known as heat‑traced sampling pipe, is a customized composite pipeline specially designed for on‑line sampling of process medium in chemical, petrochemical, power‑plant, metallurgy, environmental‑protection and flue‑gas‑monitoring industries.
Its layered structure generally includes the inner sampling conduit, electric heating tape / constant‑power heating cable, temperature‑sensing element, thermal‑insulation foam layer and outer protective jacket.
Electric tracing supplies continuous and controllable heat compensation. The built‑in temperature sensor feeds real‑time temperature data back to the temperature‑control cabinet. Operators can set the holding‑temperature according to medium characteristics.
Constant temperature heating avoids common sampling‑system faults: moisture condensation, acid‑liquid corrosion, solute crystallization, viscous‑medium deposition and pipeline clogging.
It transports sampled flue‑gas, chemical‑vapor, oily‑gas and corrosive mixed‑media from process‑measuring points to analysis‑inlets without component loss.
Multiple structural options are available: single‑tube heated sampling pipe, twin‑pipe sample‑return tube, PTFE inner‑pipe for corrosive medium, high‑temperature‑resistant outer sheath, explosion‑proof heating assembly for hazardous‑gas zones.
